There truly is nothing better than breaking bread with good friends and family. From early experiences in my life as a young girl helping my family on the farm I learned the building blocks of life in the kitchen. food wasn’t just a way of life, it was life. We worked and grew together as a family through food, we recharged and came together over food taking the time to sit as a family to share a meal, to love, laugh and share the experience. It was through this way of life I learned that cooking can be simple, purposeful and enjoyable and that by learning the basic fundamentals you build a skill set that will give you the confidence to create, play and break the “rules” to create memorable experiences.

As a professional chef, culinary consultant and food educator it is my mission to empower you to master the skills required for success in the kitchen while developing the confidence to break the rules and create your own dolce vita.
