Summer is finally here (thank god, that was one hell of a winter!) Everyone should be spending as much time outside as possible, even better if you’re spending it with friends and dining al fresco.  I want you to create an amazing meal. I want your guests to be ‘wowed’ but I also want you (the host/hostess) to enjoy yourself and your company. This menu is designed to allow you to prep 80% of the meal ahead of time so that it doesn’t require you to be in the kitchen while your guests are enjoying the party.
