We love cooking with liquids of the alcoholic type. Our very first collab was with Grain and Grit on a Beer and Aged Cheddar Mac and Cheese with a Bacon, Panko and Pretzel crust.  

We produced this for the Iheart Beer Festival and sold out of our 250 portions in 1.5 hours. I was on to something, I know! Cooking with beer is fun. Cooking with beer that is expertly crafted by incredible people who are as passionate about their beer as I am with my food is a DREAM.  So, we’re bringing you a chance to soak up some of our passion and enjoy a 3-course meal that YOU get to prepare. Lyndsay and Joe will be joining us in the kitchen to cook and answer any questions you might have about their ever growing brewery...they might even pour you some samples!
