If you’re not making soup on the regular we need to change that. Soup is a great way to diversify your lunches, use up those veggies that you’ve got withering in your fridge, have meals in the freezer ready to go, and add a ton of veggies to your diet! We’re going to create four different styles of soup in this class and you’ll walk away knowing why that soup you get in the restaurant is always better than the one you make at home!



Broth: Italian Egg Drop Soup with a Brunoise of Carrot, Shallot and Celery

Vegan:  Creamy Moroccan Cauliflower Soup with a Parsley and Tahini Drizzle

Cream: Potato and Bacon Chowder

Veloute: Coconut Milk West African Peanut Soup with Shredded Chicken, Collards and Lime
