In this class you will start by exploring the recipes and techniques involved in your 3-course meal. Under the guidance of the chef, you’ll divide up into groups to prepare some of the recipes from the menu. And once all the cooking is complete, you’ll sit down to enjoy the wonderful meal you created together.

Skills (2 Hours) starting at $55.00 per person
In this class you will focus on one particular fundamental cooking technique or specific cooking method. Three recipes will be provided to help demonstrate the skill and you will have the opportunity to try your hand at the technique with the Chefs’ guidance. Tastings and/or take home prepared food will be provided.

Workshop (3 Hours) starting at $105.00 per person
This is an intensive workshop focused on cooking techniques. Here you will work closely with the chef learning specific techniques through the preparation of each recipe. This is your one-on-one time with the chef to ask questions and have fun. Tastings and/or prepared food for take away will be provided.
