Our intro to Keto class was a huge hit so here’s the second installment! In this workshop-style class, we’re going to create five awesome keto dishes to incorporate into your diet. The Deviled Eggs are LIFE! Crispy Chicken Skin, umm yes please!

Contrary to popular belief, a Keto diet can actually benefit many people, not just those of the weight-lifting, gym-rat variety.  A low-sugar, low-carb diet with the right amount of fat and protein puts your body into a state of ketosis, where it will use said fat and protein for energy.  People who do it, love it, and for those interested, here’s a great starting point for success.

ON THE MENU: 

Deviled eggs- Crispy Chicken Skin, Shimeji Togarashi, Sambal Oelek, Roasted Seaweed

Grilled Citrus Shrimp and Avocado Lettuce Wraps with Cucumber, Chilies and Cilantro

Roasted Sesame Chicken Thighs with Carrot

Charred Broccoli Salad with Peanuts and Scallions

Roasted Zucchini Lasagna
