Contrary to popular belief, a Keto diet can actually benefit many people, not just those of the weight-lifting, gym-rat variety. A low-sugar, low-carb diet with the right amount of fat and protein puts your body into a state of ketosis, where it will use said fat and protein for energy. People who do it, love it, and for those interested, here’s a great starting point for success.
