Limitation of Liability of Caterer

1.  Client agrees to include any food allergies or special dietary requests, if applicable when placing the order or no later then 72 hours before the Event.

2.  The Caterer uses best efforts to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those guests of the Client with food allergies that have been identified and provided by the Client pursuant to Section 1 that the number of ingredients used each day by the Caterer is constantly changing and that the ingredients are prepared in a co-operative kitchen. The Client and the guest of the Client acknowledge and agree that the Caterer cannot guarantee that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labeled. The Client agrees to inform guests and consumers that are concerned with food allergies of the foregoing risk. The Caterer does not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating and the Client acknowledges and agrees to the same.

3. Client may cancel this Agreement {2 days prior to the event}.

4. Caterer reserves the right to terminate this contract for any valid reason.

5. If caterer terminates the order before twenty- four (24) hour period prior to the event date, all deposits and prepayments will be returned in full within twenty four (24) hours.

6. If caterer terminated the order within the twenty -four (24) hour period prior to the event date, all deposits and prepayments will be returned on full within twenty four (24) hours as well as an additional 10% discount on immediate next order.

7. In the event of an accident with delivery service or acts of god where food (goods) cannot be delivered on time, caterer agrees to remedy the situation by providing adequate meal at no cost to the client within 1 hour of the delivery time, caterer agrees to remedy the situation by providing 10% discount on immediate next order.
